Shipping & returns.

US delivery

Standard shipping is $8 per delivery, including automatic refills. Applicable taxes appear at checkout. Orders are fulfilled by our production partner. Processing and transit times can vary; no guaranteed arrival date is promised on these pages. Tracking is provided when your order ships.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Email help@trymoonorganics.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging where possible. Keep the item and packaging until we respond. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund for eligible items. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Other returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or offer a satisfaction or results guarantee. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Subscriptions

Cancel future refills through your account → My subscriptions before the next charge. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order already charged or processed. Read the refill terms.
